This Privacy Policy explains how Knowledge Applications ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses information through knowledge-applications.com (the "Site"). This Site is a corporate and marketing website; it does not itself host the SWRLO application or any trading/financial product.

We only collect information you choose to submit through the Site's two forms:

• Write to Us (contact form): full name, email address, subject category, and your message.
• Express Your Interest (careers form): full name, email address, mobile number, resume file, and cover letter.

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this Site, and we do not collect information from visitors who do not submit a form.

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to inquiries sent through the contact form.
• Evaluate expressions of interest for employment and contact you about relevant openings.

We do not sell, rent, or use your information for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below, who process it strictly to deliver the Site's functionality.

Submitted form data is processed by:

• Resend — delivers form submissions as email notifications to our inbox.
• Vercel Blob — stores resume/cover-letter files uploaded through the careers form.
• Vercel — hosts the Site itself.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms and do not use your information for their own purposes.

We retain contact-form and careers-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or consider your application, and no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required to comply with law or to pursue an active hiring process. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and processed by reputable infrastructure providers (Resend, Vercel). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us by emailing abhishekvidyasagar@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This Site is intended for adults seeking information about our products, services, or employment opportunities, and is not directed at children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
